About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dispatcher / Production Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines dispatch coordination with production duties, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Working closely within the production team, you will help maintain smooth daily operations while contributing to a positive team culture. You will also have the opportunity to assist with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) as our business continues to grow.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work required during the busy summer peak season. Start and finish times will vary, and peak periods may require up to 12-hour shifts.

• Confidence using computers and solving problems on the go.
