Zusammenfassung

AUT’s Disability Support Service seeks a Disability Administration Coordinator to ensure Deaf, neurodivergent students and those with disabilities receive timely support. Reporting to the Disability Service Manager, you will coordinate resources, timetabling and administration to deliver a seamless, student-centered service.

You will oversee allocation of resources, monitor delivery, and drive continuous improvements across AUT campuses.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years' team management experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Expert-level administration and coordination experience, with the ability to manage workflows, resource scheduling, reporting and operational processes.
• Experience coordinating resources, timesheet approval and service delivery within a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Experience in tertiary education, community support or customer service.
• A passion for supporting student success.
• An ability to deliver high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care.
• Extensive experience with technology and relationship management software.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the allocation of disability support resources to meet student needs and academic timetabling requirements.
• Manage resource planning and scheduling to ensure timely and consistent support services across AUT campuses.
• Approve and manage timesheets for all disability support resource staff; including the Disability Services Administrator, NZSL interpreters, note takers and academic assistants, ensuring accurate processing.
• Monitor resource demand, identify trends and adjust resourcing to meet changing student requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with faculty staff and internal stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and student experience.
• Monitor service performance, maintain reporting and contribute to planning.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and university policies.
