Job summary

Compass Group New Zealand seeks an experienced Project Manager - PCS Digital Systems to join the People, Culture & Safety team at the National Support Office, Parnell, Auckland. This fixed-term, full-time role (40 hours per week) ends 5 November 2027 and will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital solutions across HR, learning, recruitment, health and safety, and other lifecycle platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Experience delivering HR, learning, recruitment, health and safety platforms.
• Strong governance, budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project plans, roadmaps, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance and benefits.
• Coordinate digital workstreams covering requirements, process design, configuration, integrations, data, testing and operational readiness.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Liaise closely with the Leadership Team, providing clear project updates, insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Manage vendors, project expenditure, deliverables, risks, issues and change requests while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Drive change, communications, training, deployment and adoption through to go-live, hypercare and successful handover.
