Job summary

Absolute IT is partnering with a major New Zealand organisation to recruit a Digital Manager - Development who will lead a talented technical team responsible for application development, system integrations and automation capabilities. This senior leadership role blends people leadership with technical oversight to ensure reliable, secure and high-quality delivery across key platforms.

You will set priorities, manage workloads, build capability within the team and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Proven experience leading software development or application delivery teams.
Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
Experience with enterprise applications, integrations, or development portfolios.
Track record of delivering technology projects and initiatives.
