NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is seeking a Digital Workforce Manager to lead the management, governance and continuous improvement of Digital resourcing and workforce operations. Qualifikationen

• Experience developing and implementing workforce strategies and plans.
• Forecasting future workforce needs in a digital context.
• Strong data analytics with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience in governance and compliance for contingent workforces.
• Experience managing contingent workforce processes and vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder relationships across Digital, People, Finance and Procurement.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and influence leadership.
• Knowledge of recruitment, contractor management or workforce operations.
• Comfort with budgeting and cost management for workforce initiatives.
• Awareness or interest in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori.

• Monitor engagement dates, tenure, extensions, costs and utilisation.
• Strengthen processes, approvals and records for workforce operations.
• Support planning, budgeting and forecasting with reliable data.
