Qualifications

• Demonstrated programme coordination experience, with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including minute-taking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and Visio.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2) and Azure DevOps.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance processes; maintain key programme documentation.
• Track actions and milestones to keep teams on schedule.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and financial information for stakeholders.
