Auckland Airport is seeking an Infrastructure Planning Manager to lead the integrated master schedule across a complex capital portfolio. You will align scope, schedules and risks, providing high-quality analysis to Programme Directors and senior leaders to enable informed decisions from design through operational readiness.

You will drive planning standards, manage dependencies, and deliver credible, consolidated views of delivery while challenging assumptions and enabling confident execution

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in project and programme scheduling within complex capital development programmes.
• Experience leading planning across large, multi-project portfolios and managing cross-project dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of integrated scheduling, risk management, and governance for major capital delivery.
• Proven ability to provide executive reporting, delivery assurance, and clear decision support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and maintain the portfolio-wide planning framework, standards, methodologies and controls across infrastructure programmes and projects.
• Own and maintain the integrated master schedule, providing a consolidated and credible view of delivery across the infrastructure portfolio.
• Identify schedule opportunities and drive alignment across project teams to realise benefits.
• Integrate programme and project schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and readiness.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, interfaces, constraints, and critical paths.
• Monitor delivery against baselines and provide early warning of schedule pressures and risks.
• Lead planning reporting, schedule analysis, and executive briefing material for decision-makers.
• Support gateway reviews, assurance and governance with robust planning evidence.
• Act as a trusted adviser to Programme Directors to strengthen delivery confidence.
• Lead planning capability and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
