Job summary

Auckland Airport is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of multiple airport infrastructure projects valued between $0.1B and $0.4B, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.

You will oversee all lifecycle stages from planning to handover, manage resources and risks, and collaborate with staff, suppliers, stakeholders and executive leadership to deliver safe, compliant outcomes for travellers and the wider whānau.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure project management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, time, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement, construction through to commissioning.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Develop resource and governance plans; manage risk.
• Report progress to executive leadership and Gate submissions.
• Ensure alignment with airport operations and ORAT activities.
