At NZ Post, we're investing in our digital future to make it easier for customers to connect, send and receive. As a Digital Business Analyst, you'll help bridge the gap between business needs, customer outcomes and technology solutions, ensuring our teams have the clarity and direction needed to deliver meaningful change. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting to the heart of a problem. You'll work across business and technology teams to understand customer needs, uncover opportunities, and help deliver practical solutions. Some of the most interesting challenges come from navigating legacy processes, working through ambiguity, and connecting the dots across multiple systems and teams to ensure great outcomes for our customers. You'll play a key role in helping delivery teams understand what needs to be done, providing the right level of information for the right audience, and supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives.
You're a proactive problem solver who enjoys figuring things out, especially when there isn't a clear path forward. You build strong relationships, ask great questions, and aren't afraid to reach beyond your immediate team to find the information needed to move things forward. You thrive in environments where curiosity, initiative and collaboration are valued. You'll bring experience working in Agile environments and understand how to support a Scrum team to deliver outcomes. You may already be working as a Business Analyst, or perhaps you've come from a testing, development, product or delivery background and are looking to further develop your analysis capabilities. Most importantly, you'll be a team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine drive to make things better for our customers and colleagues. You'll combine that with:
