Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to bridge business needs, customer outcomes and technology solutions. You will support delivery teams by translating requirements into user stories and artefacts, facilitate workshops, and collaborate across business and technology to drive meaningful digital changes.

You'll play a key role in helping delivery teams understand what needs to be done, providing the right level of information for the right audience, and supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives.You'll do that by:* Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges, customer needs and opportunities* Facilitating workshops and conversations to define requirements and shape solutions* Translating requirements into user stories and delivery-ready artefacts for Scrum teams* Partnering across teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify dependencies and impacts* Supporting testing and validation activities to ensure solutions work across multiple systems and channels* Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing Scrum team focused on delivering customer value**Mōu - About you**You're a proactive problem solver who enjoys figuring things out, especially when there isn't a clear path forward. You may already be working as a Business Analyst, or perhaps you've come from a testing, development, product or delivery background and are looking to further develop your analysis capabilities.
