Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support business and organisation customers with two-to-sign digital platforms. You’ll provide expert technical and administrative assistance via phone and email for user and payment queries.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot issues, document client information, and deliver prompt, courteous solutions. You’ll work with Corporate Online, Business Online, and Westpac One for Business to assist customers.

Qualifications

• Contact centre or helpdesk experience.
• Customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organisation and time management skills.
• Confident in learning new digital platforms and tech savvy.
• Knowledge of Westpac two-to-sign digital banking solutions including Corporate Online, Business Online, Westpac One for Business advantageous.
• Good general banking experience desirable.
• Experience dealing with business or corporate clients desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical and administrative support for general user and payment queries.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshoot issues via phone and email.
• Identify problems quickly using telephone technique and technical knowledge, recording client information.
• Provide prompt, courteous and professional solutions to customer calls.
• Attend to related customer needs providing necessary solutions.
• Liaise with third party providers to ensure expedient and permanent resolution of technical problems.
• Maintain good working knowledge of banking products.
