The role is part-time (20 hours per week) based in Manukau/Auckland, working in a multidisciplinary team to deliver group education, individual consultations, and trauma-informed dietary care.

Working within a multidisciplinary team to support and assist t\u014Bngata whai orausing Pathways’ services to reach and maintain optimum wellness by providingeffective dietetic support, education and resources, and clinical expertise.
Build the use of health metrics, personal goals and physicalhealth checklists with a trauma informed lens.
You will report to the Team Coach who supports and leads the team. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week and hoursof work are Monday and Tuesday 8.00-4.30pm and Wednesday 8.00 – 12.30,although days can be flexible. You will work across our services in the Aucklandarea.
