Applicants should have proven Chef de Partie experience, strong cooking techniques, pastry skills, and a formal cookery qualification. NZ work eligibility is required; transport is recommended due to location.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Chef De Partie or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Pastry and dessert experience strongly preferred.
• Formal cookery qualification and/or NZQA L4 equivalent.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand without restrictions.

Mansioni

• Oversee preparation and cooking in the kitchen.
• Ensure dishes are prepared to high standards and delivered on time.
• Design, develop and execute seasonal desserts and baked items.
• Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to manage the kitchen team.
• Maintain high quality and consistency of food.
• Train or direct other chefs on shift.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
