As a Chef de Partie, you’ll own your section, deliver high-quality dishes during busy services, and support senior chefs while helping to minimise waste and maintain food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie or Demi Chef ready to progress.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments.
• Passion for quality food and delivering consistent results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section and maintain high food standards.
• Prepare and present dishes during busy service.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menus.
• Assist with stock control and minimising waste.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
