Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Functional Support Consultant - D365 CE to join our Managed Services practice in Auckland or Wellington. This hands-on role focuses on keeping client CE environments running smoothly and enabling deeper platform value.

You will work as a CE generalist with configuration depth, collaborating with cross-functional teams and owning client conversations. The role offers flexible working arrangements, birthday leave, and team collaboration across NZ and AU.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on D365 CE experience across CE modules.
• Strong configuration depth including BPFs, screens, and Power Automate.
• Experience in a managed services, support, or high-accountability consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary CE support contact, from triage to closure.
• Configure and customize D365 CE to resolve client issues.
• Triage, prioritise, and document support cases within SLAs.
• Collaborate with consultants across AU/NZ to maintain CE environments.
• Maintain case documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
