Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in pre‑sales within high‑tech sales environments.
• Strong technology aptitude in identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven ability to overcome sales obstacles with creative, technical approaches.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with authentication tech such as .NET, Java, and CLI.
• Preferred scripting and application development skills.
• Ability to drive internal metrics like quota attainment and POC/POV duration.
• Certifications such as CISSP, SANS, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Architect are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers to understand business pain points and map to our solutions.
• Design an optimal solution for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments.
• Assist customers in testing, integrating, and validating products during the sales cycle.
• Ensure successful execution of customer proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and POVs.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for Product Management.
