Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales within high-tech environments.
• Ability to articulate how identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions solve business challenges.
• Proven ability to remove sales obstacles through creative, adaptive approaches and deep technical understanding.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with enterprise application authentication technologies such as .NET, Java, and CLI.
• Preferred: scripting and application development skills.
• Certifications like CISSP, SANS, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business pain points and map needs to solutions.
• Design an optimal solution for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments.
• Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to help customers test, integrate, and prove products, owning the technical win.
• Ensure successful execution of POCs and POVs.
• Deliver persuasive presentations communicating technical value to stakeholders.
• Prepare precise responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for Product Management.
• Support marketing and ToF activities with events, workshops, and webinars.
• Support CARE activities including Consensus content and value propositions.
