Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is recruiting for finance-savvy professionals for temporary or contract roles across finance teams. Assignments range from a couple of weeks to 12 months and involve AR, AP, payroll, and month-end tasks.

Candidates should have experience in finance roles, familiarity with Xero or other ERP systems, and intermediate Excel skills. Immediate availability is ideal, but we welcome those planning a transition in coming weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance roles (AR, AP, payroll) and month-end tasks.
• Familiarity with multiple finance systems (Xero, ERP, cloud apps).
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and reporting.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist AR/AP, payroll, and month-end activities as needed.
• Support bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare basic financial reports and resolve invoice queries.
• Maintain accurate records and support year-end processes.
