Job summary

Star Personnel is recruiting for customer service roles based in Auckland or Tauranga, NZ, within kiwi-owned freight forwarding groups with global offices. You will manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate orders, monitor imports, and keep clients updated on status and costs.

Responsibilities include arranging cartage, updating rates and quotes, invoicing, and handling third party shipments. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, team player and proactive problem-solver.

Remuneration:

The salary will be dependent on your previous experience and skills; however, my client will pay generously for the right candidate.
