Job summary

Private Advertiser on the North Shore seeks a friendly, hardworking entry-level Customer Service and Sales Consultant. You will split your week between the Auckland office and visiting stores across the region, learning the business from both customer service and sales perspectives.

Join a small, supportive team, handle customer inquiries, process orders and credits, and help with admin tasks. No prior experience required; training will be provided to the right person who demonstrates

Want to get out from behind the desk? Do you like variety? Are you good with customers and computers?

This role sits across customer service and sales. You’ll spend part of your week in our North Shore office and part of it out on the road visiting stores and taking orders from established customers. It’s a great first step into the business, with a clear path into a full Sales Rep role or other opportunities within the company for the right person.

What the role looks like

The role will suit someone based on the North Shore, your day will typically be a mix of customer service based in the Office and store visits in the Auckland area

On the road:

You will visit stores in the Auckland area, with the office pool car, merchandise and check their stock, take orders and build good relationships with store teams.

In the office:

You’ll join our small, friendly team, handling customer phone and email queries, processing and printing orders, processing credits, and help with admin and anything else that comes up.

The work is varied and interesting. It would suit someone starting out who is keen to learn the business from both sides.

About you

We’re looking for someone friendly, hardworking and self-motivated. This is a great entry role for a graduate, and we’re happy to train the right person.
