Job summary

Private Advertiser on the North Shore seeks a friendly, hardworking entry-level Customer Service and Sales Consultant. You will split your week between the Auckland office and visiting stores across the region, learning the business from both customer service and sales perspectives.

Join a small, supportive team, handle customer inquiries, process orders and credits, and help with admin tasks. No prior experience required; training will be provided to the right person who demonstrates

Qualifications

• Basic Excel skills and ability to use formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to build relationships with store teams and customers.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.
• Experience with Accredo software or ability to learn accounting packages.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer phone and email queries from the office.
• Process and print orders and manage order flow.
• Process credits and assist with admin tasks.
• Visit stores in the Auckland area to take orders and check stock.
• Build relationships with store teams and support sales efforts.
