NZ Post in Auckland seeks On Call Customer Service Representatives to manage customer inquiries at front counters and over the phone. You will handle bill payments, NZTA transactions, and parcel dispatch while processing mail and freight with some heavy lifting.

These roles are a fixed-term contract from November 13, 2026 to December 31, 2027, with a Monday to Friday 6am–2:30pm shift and an hourly rate of 28.20 NZD, paid fortnightly. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at front counters and by phone.
• Be able to handle bill payments, NZTA transactions and parcel dispatch.
• Must be able to lift and move packages as required.

Our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, such as bill payment, NZTA transactions and assist with sending parcels across New Zealand and the world. As an NZ Post expert, you'll provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, scan freight and small packages from our couriers, so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa. Our On Call Customer Service Representatives are an essential part of our business as we call on them to assist us as and when required. You might be called in to cover illness, extended leave or help us during our peak delivery periods. It's a great way to balance work and lifestyle!
