Sime Darby Transport (NZ) Ltd, trading as TWL Silverdale, seeks a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our front-counter team. You will handle in-person, phone, and online customer enquiries, supporting sales delivery and parts documentation.

You will develop product knowledge, contribute to branch revenue, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely documentation. A customer-first attitude and teamwork are essential for success in this busy environment.
