Job summary

Sime Darby Transport (NZ) Ltd, via TWL, is seeking a motivated front-line team member to be the first point of contact for customer enquiries— in person, by phone, or online platforms. Your role is to ensure exceptional service and efficient sales delivery.

You will work collaboratively with the team, complete documentation to standard, develop product knowledge, and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries in person, over the phone, or online.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service and efficient sales.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation to standard.
• Develop product knowledge and contribute to monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure accuracy of required documentation and invoicing; process sales within agreed timeframes.
• Deliver customer requests promptly and accurately.
• Uphold health and safety standards and participate in safety initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a key front-line team member, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customer enquiries, whether in person at the counter, over the phone, or through our online platforms. Your role is central to ensuring exceptional service and efficient sales delivery.

You will be:

• Working collaboratively and constructively with other team members.
• Completing all parts related documentation to standard.
• Developing your own product knowledge.
• Contributing to the positive financial performance of the branch to achieve/exceed targets monthly revenue budget.
• Ensuring accuracy of required documentation both internally and externally, including invoicing.
• Processing sales within agreed timeframe.
• Delivering what the customer wants, when they want it.
• Ensuring accurate and timely cyclic counting.
• Being a Health and Safety champion
