Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries in person, over the phone, or online.
• Process sales and invoicing within the approved timeframes.
• Maintain documentation and product knowledge to support sales.
• Contribute to branch financial performance and monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure accurate and timely stock counting and documentation.
