Job summary

Sime Darby Transport (NZ) Ltd in Silverdale is seeking a front counter team member to join TWL. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in person, over the phone, and online, delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries in person, on the phone, or online.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth sales delivery.
• Complete parts-related documentation to standard and process invoicing.
• Develop product knowledge to support recommendations and upsell.
• Contribute to branch financial performance by meeting monthly targets.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and order processing.
• Deliver what customers want, when they want it, with reliability.
• Maintain accurate cyclic counts and act as a Health and Safety champion.

What You'll Do

As a key front-line team member, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customer enquiries, whether in person at the counter, over the phone, or through our online platforms. Your role is central to ensuring exceptional service and efficient sales delivery.

You will be:

• Working collaboratively and constructively with other team members.
• Completing all parts related documentation to standard.
• Developing your own product knowledge.
• Contributing to the positive financial performance of the branch to achieve/exceed targets monthly revenue budget.
• Ensuring accuracy of required documentation both internally and externally, including invoicing.
• Processing sales within agreed timeframe.
• Delivering what the customer wants, when they want it.
• Ensuring accurate and timely cyclic counting.
• Being a Health and Safety champion
