Job summary

Sime Darby Transport (NZ) Ltd, an automotive parts and heavy transport specialist, invites a motivated front counter team member to join TWL Hamilton. You will be the first point of contact for customers across in-person visits, calls, and online inquiries, delivering excellent service and efficient sales.

You will develop product knowledge, process orders, and help drive branch performance while maintaining accurate documentation and strong health and safety practices.

What You’ll Do

As a key front-line team member, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for customer enquiries, whether in person at the counter, over the phone, or through our online platforms. Your role is central to ensuring exceptional service and efficient sales delivery.

_ You will be: _

• Working collaboratively and constructively with other team members.
• Completing all parts related documentation to standard.
• Developing your own product knowledge.
• Contributing to the positive financial performance of the branch to achieve/exceed targets monthly revenue budget.
• Ensuring accuracy of required documentation both internally and externally, including invoicing.
• Processing sales within agreed timeframe.
• Delivering what the customer wants, when they want it.
• Ensuring accurate and timely cyclic counting.
• Being a Health and Safety champion
