Job summary

Ryan Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment with a well-established Christchurch organisation. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across multiple channels and delivering exceptional service in a collaborative team setting.

The role operates on a full-time roster between 7:00am and 9:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotational weekend shift about every 5–6 weeks, offering strong training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality, administration, contact centre, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using technology and managing multiple systems.
• A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment with a well-established Christchurch organisation. Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries and delivering exceptional service across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your customer service and administration skills while gaining experience within a professional environment.
