We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Dunedin branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning new things, and being at the heart of a busy operation. Whether you're assisting customers at the counter, providing product advice over the phone, or identifying sales opportunities, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No two days are quite the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.

Reporting to the Site Operations Coordinator, you'll join a supportive team that values initiative, collaboration, and a positive attitude. If you enjoy being busy, taking ownership of your work, and having a few laughs along the way, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them find the right solutions and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

Your day may include:

• Assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
• Providing product advice and technical information
• Preparing and following up quotes
• Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Supporting promotions and sales initiatives
• Working with purchasing to ensure stock is available when needed
• Assisting with reporting, administration, and general branch activities
• Getting involved wherever needed to help keep the branch running smoothly

What you'll bring

• Customer service experience, ideally within an industrial, engineering, trade, or similar environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in
• The ability to juggle competing priorities while keeping customers front of mind
• Confidence using computer systems, with Dynamics 365 experience an advantage
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop your career
• A good sense of humour and a positive outlook
• A full driver's licence
