Job summary

ANZ Flooring NZ has recently established its New Zealand head office in Auckland and is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, customer-focused individual to join the customer service team. The role involves supporting customers, the Operations Manager and sales team, with duties ranging from handling inquiries to processing orders and assisting with inventory management.

The position offers $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, with onsite parking and good working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone and email queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Processing orders, credits and claims.
• Responding to queries from customers and sales representatives in respect to product availability, production dates, order status, delivery status.
• Working with the Sales team to ensure the highest possible customer service level.
• Liaising with 3PL warehouse on day to day issues.
• Assisting with inventory management.
• Collecting and summarising data relating to operational issues.
• Assisting with local purchasing activities.
• Office management including ordering supplies for the office.
• Other additional administrative duties as required.

ANZ Flooring, the parent company of Armstrong Flooring,one of Australia’s oldest and leading distributors of hard flooring and Australia's only manufacturer of resilient floor coverings, has recently established its New Zealand head office in Auckland, supporting its sales team operating throughout New Zealand.

We are looking for enthusiastic, positiveand customer focussed individual to join our customer service team, to provide customer support to our customers, Operations Manager and sales team.

The role may involve (but is not limited to):

Responding to incoming phone and email queries in a friendly and professional manner
