Oxygen Air is seeking a friendly and highly organised Customer Services professional to join our Highbrook, Auckland team. You will be the first friendly voice customers hear, handling calls, bookings, and coordination to keep installers and consultants on schedule.

No HVAC experience? No problem—we’ll train you. You will enjoy a fast-paced, supportive team environment where proactive problem-solving and a sense of humour are valued as we help Kiwi homes stay warmer and drier.

We're an authorised installer for the big names — Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Fujitsu, AHI Carrier/Toshiba, and Haier — and our technicians are trained directly by those manufacturers, so customers know they're getting the real deal. We're busy, we're growing fast, and our Highbrook team needs a Customer Services superstar to help keep it all running smoothly.

What the job's about

You'll be the friendly voice customers hear first — answering calls, booking in installations, coordinating sales appointments, and keeping our installers and consultants organised. Some days fly by with back-to-back bookings; others bring interesting questions, happy customers, and a fair bit of banter with the team.

No HVAC experience? No problem — we'll train you up.

What you'll be doing

Booking installers in for confirmed sales

Keeping the schedule tight and the jobs flowing — you'll be the one who stops double-bookings before they happen

Updating our CRM (nothing complicated — full training provided)

Following up with customers via friendly reminders and genuinely helpful service

Working alongside a team that has each other's backs
