Job summary

EAC Services Limited is a Canterbury-owned HVAC company delivering heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions across residential, commercial and light industrial projects throughout the South Island.

We’re growing and are looking for a qualified HVAC Technician to join our experienced team in Christchurch. Expect a mix of installations, service and maintenance work across both residential and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Current EST Practising Licence (or working towards).
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
• Experience with fault finding and diagnostics.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage workload.
• Pride in workmanship and customer service.
• Experience using Simpro is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install heat pumps and air conditioning systems.
• Service, maintenance and fault finding of HVAC systems.
• Work on residential and commercial HVAC projects.
• Support ventilation systems installations and maintenance.
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Work independently and as part of a team.

You’ll be involved in a mix of:

• Heat pump and air conditioning installations
• Service, maintenance and fault finding
• Residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Ventilation systems
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Working independently and as part of a supportive team

No two days are the same.

What we’re looking for:
