Job summary

Geofabrics New Zealand seeks an Internal Customer Service / Sales Coordinator to support regional customers, prepare quotes, track projects and drive outbound customer engagement. You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics and freight teams and manage orders and CRM updates to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates show strong organisation, the ability to work under pressure and experience with invoicing and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service coordination and order processing.
• Invoicing experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and stay organised under pressure.
• Experience with logistics, freight and delivery services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary support for specified regions.
• Prepare quotes to support Sales Engineers.
• Track projects and follow up on actions.
• Proactively engage customers via outbound calls.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics and freight teams.
• Answer customer calls and help process orders with updates.
• Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.

We are on the hunt for a passionate Internal Customer Service / Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team.

A normal day in your new role…

• Being the primary support for specified regions
• Supporting Sales Engineers by preparing quotes
• Project tracking and follow-ups
• Pro-active customer engagement through outbound calls
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics and freight companies
• Answering customer calls - helping them with questions they have; helping process orders and provide updates on existing orders.
• Liaising with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
