We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing Watermetrics team in Christchurch.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll support customers, coordinate service activities, and help keep our Watermetrics operations running smoothly.
Working closely with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll monitor device performance, coordinate service requests, and help ensure our smart water monitoring solutions are delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems, and making sure the details don't get missed.
You'll monitor and report on device performance, investigate and follow up on non-reporting devices, and coordinate service work as required. You'll support customer enquiries, respond to incoming calls, maintain accurate records, and assist with day-to-day operational administration.
You'll also build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues while contributing to a safe, organised, and customer-focused team culture.
You're an organised and proactive team player who takes pride in delivering great customer service. You can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently, and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or a similar support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
