Avis Budget Group is seeking a Rental Operations Agent at Greymouth Railway Station. The role covers front and back-of-house tasks, including customer interactions, rental handling, and vehicle checks. Training is provided, with a fixed 20-hour roster and a weekend shift.

Location: Greymouth Railway Station, Greymouth, West Coast, New Zealand

Based at Greymouth Railway Station, we have a part-time position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work.

We work 7 days per week from 8:00 am to 6.30 pm where we are looking for someone to work 20-hours per week. Shift will include one day per weekend so either a Saturday or Sunday of each week.

About the Role

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

What we are looking for:
