Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a customer-focused team member in New Zealand to enhance the shopping experience and support daily store operations. You’ll engage customers on the shop floor, assist with inquiries, and help maintain a high standard of store presentation.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, process deliveries promptly, and work with the team to achieve smooth daily operations while upholding safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price integrity routines.
• Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
• Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team and swarm to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
