• Comfort using systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and qualify leads
• Book and coordinate sales appointments nationwide
• Follow up quotes to drive sales conversions
• Provide product information and next steps to customers
• Coordinate key job stages (measure, order, install scheduling)
• Process deposits, invoices, and sales admin accurately
• Track and manage jobs through to completion
• Follow up post-install to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide additional administration support as needed
