Job summary

Metro Performance Glass Ltd in Dunedin is seeking a Sales and Customer Experience Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact team. You’ll be the hub of the sales process, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and guiding customers from first contact through installation.

You’ll build rapport, stay organised across multiple moving parts, and support customers with product information and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and qualify leads

• Coordinate key job stages (measure, order, install scheduling)
• Process deposits, invoices, and sales admin accurately
• Track and manage jobs through to completion
• Follow up post-install to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide additional administration support as needed

Right now, we’re looking for aSales & Customer Coordinator who wants more than just a job someone who thrives on making things happen and being at the centre of a fast moving, high impact team based in Dunedin.

Why this role is different

This isn’t a back office admin role. You’ll be right at the heart of our national Retrofit Double Glazing business, helping Kiwi homeowners transform their homes into warmer, drier, and more energy-efficient spaces.

From first enquiry to final installation, you’ll play a key role in turning customer interest into completed projects and great outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the glue that holds the sales process together:

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and qualify leads
• Book and coordinate sales appointments nationwide
• Follow up quotes to drive sales conversions
• Support customers with product info and next steps
• Coordinate key job stages (measure, order, install scheduling)
• Process deposits, invoices, and sales admin accurately
• Track and manage jobs through to completion
• Follow up post install to ensure a great customer experience
• Other administration support as and when required
