Metro Performance Glass is seeking a Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator in Dunedin to play a pivotal role in our Retrofit Double Glazing business. This full-time permanent position places you at the heart of transforming customer interest into completed projects with a warm, proactive approach.

You will manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, drive quotes, and support customers through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish.

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and qualify leads

• Coordinate key job stages (measure, order, install scheduling)
• Process deposits, invoices, and sales admin accurately
• Track and manage jobs through to completion
• Follow up post install to ensure a great customer experience
• Other administration support as and when required

From first enquiry to final installation, you’ll play a key role in turning customer interest into completed projects and great outcomes.
