This full-time permanent position places you at the heart of transforming customer interest into completed projects with a warm, proactive approach.

You will manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, drive quotes, and support customers through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and qualify leads
• Book and coordinate sales appointments nationwide
• Follow up quotes to drive sales conversions
• Support customers with product info and next steps
• Coordinate key job stages (measure, order, install scheduling)
• Process deposits, invoices, and sales admin accurately
• Track and manage jobs through to completion
• Follow up post install to ensure a great customer experience
• Other administration support as and when required
