Job summary

Bluecurrent in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a Customer Delivery Representative to join our supportive team in Avondale. You’ll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, assisting colleagues, resolving issues, and keeping work flowing from start to finish.

The role requires solid customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting KPIs and SLAs. A background in electricity retail is a plus but not essential.

About the role

In this role, you'll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, supporting your team, helping resolve issues, and making sure work flows smoothly from start to finish.

• Proactively identify and investigate issues, helping to find solutions.
• Escalate more complex issues when needed, ensuring they are resolved effectively.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating and being part of a team that makes things happen. You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in customer service, a call centre, administration, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams) are essential.
• Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and juggle multiple competing demands.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where meeting KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) is a key requirement.
• Proven ability to multitask, stay organised and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• A problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in the electricity industry or working with electricity retailers would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities at once, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
