Job summary

DKSH New Zealand is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative based in Palmerston North to support The Warehouse and Woolworths accounts with precise data processing and administration.

A background in FMCG/logistics and proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP will help you ensure accurate orders, timely claims, and reliable team support.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, logistics, warehousing or customer service is advantageous.
• Administration experience preferred, applications welcome from all levels.
• Good computer skills including Excel, Word and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Calm, clear under pressure with willingness to learn new systems.

Customer Care Representative (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Customer Care Representative is a part-time role of four hours per day, based in Palmerston North within DKSH's Customer Care team. Supporting two of DKSH's key retail accounts, The Warehouse and Woolworths, this is a data-processing and administration-focused role where your attention to detail and computer skills will truly shine — no call-centre environment here.

• Accurate and efficient order processing that supports seamless supply to key accounts The Warehouse and Woolworths
• Timely and accurate claims resolution through structured investigation and system-based processes
• Reliable administrative support to the Client team that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly
• Flexible cover across multiple departmental roles, contributing to team resilience and continuity

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), logistics, warehousing, or customer service is highly advantageous
• Previous administration experience is preferred, though applications are welcome from candidates at all experience levels
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A calm, clear approach under pressure with confidence learning new systems and processes
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and responsibility
