Job summary

Windcave is seeking a Credit Controller in Auckland to manage credit and collections for the Auckland CDB office. You will proactively chase debts, maintain customer terms and limits, and liaise with Finance, Operations, Sales and Support teams to resolve billing issues.

Ideal candidates have exposure to credit/accounts, a commerce/finance degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with CRM/accounting software. A graduate pathway is also considered for motivated entrants.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Credit/Accounts role; collections experience beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting/finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and credit management.
• Proficient MS Excel for reporting collections.
• Experience with CRM and accounting software advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively chase outstanding debts and manage credit exposure.
• Maintain accurate customer account information (terms, limits, contacts).
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment queries with cross‑functional teams.
• Build positive relationships and ensure timely payments.
