Job summary

New Zealand Avis Rent A Car Limited is seeking a Credit Specialist to base in Ellerslie, Auckland, with hybrid work options (2 days from home). You will focus on collecting rental and toll invoices from large corporate Insurance Accounts across the APAC region and liaise with stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve cashflow.

You will monitor debt, update databases, and provide monthly reporting on overdue balances, while delivering high-quality customer service and compliance with company

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control with dispute resolution.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with management levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Accurate monitoring of outstanding debt and regular credit control of all portfolio accounts.
• Communicating regularly with Credit Facility account holders.
• Management and update of all Account Administration databases.
