The University of Auckland is seeking a confident Credit Controller to join the Accounts Receivable team within the Finance Shared Transaction Centre, on a full-time, on-site basis in Auckland. You will manage the credit and collection process in line with New Zealand legislation and the University's policies, delivering accurate forecasts and strong customer relationships.

• Five years of credit control and accounts receivable experience is essential.
• Familiar with New Zealand legislation and statutory requirements.
• Excellent customer relationship management experience and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage credit and collection function within New Zealand legislation and University policy.
• Pursue ways to improve processes and uphold relationships with stakeholders and external funders.
• Work as part of the Accounts Receivable team to support a high-volume portfolio.
• Deliver timely and accurate collections and customer communications.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in financial data and reporting.
