Job summary

The University of Auckland is seeking a confident Credit Controller to join the Accounts Receivable team within the Finance Shared Transaction Centre. You will manage the credit and collection function in line with New Zealand legislation and the University policy, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

As one of four Credit Controllers, you will prioritise a high-volume portfolio, drive process improvements, and meet targets with accuracy and initiative.

Qualifications

• Five years’ credit control and accounts receivable experience is essential.
• Familiar with New Zealand legislation and statutory requirements.
• Intermediate Excel skills are expected.
• Excellent customer relationship management experience is essential.
