Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Credit Specialist in Ellerslie, Auckland, to manage a portfolio of corporate Accounts across APAC. This permanent, full-time role involves credit control, dispute resolution, and timely reporting.

Hybrid work option enables 2 days work-from-home per week after training, with support from an experienced Accounts Services Team Leader. You will liaise with stakeholders, maintain databases, and ensure service quality, accuracy, and compliant processes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control with dispute resolution and negotiation.
• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of Wizard/Oracle is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding debt and perform credit control across portfolio.
• Communicate with account holders and resolve disputes within authority.
• Maintain and update account administration databases.
• Produce regular reporting on overdue debt at period end.
• Provide first point of contact for escalations and service requests.
• Contribute to timely financial reporting and compliance.
