Russell McVeagh is seeking a Credit Controller to support the national finance team in NZ. You will help manage cash collections, maintain customer records and assist the Credit and Collections Manager to minimise credit risk.

The role requires at least three years in credit control, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and AR systems is advantageous, with a collaborative, can-do attitude essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in a credit control role.
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cash collections and client credit checks.
• Reconcile invoices with payments to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and filing in the document system.
• Assist with sending monthly statements.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients.
• Identify and implement AR process improvements.
