The Coordinator – Coasters Home & Community SupportServices, is responsible for coordinating care to support consumers to livewell, age well and have a respectful end of life in their owncommunities.
As a Coordinator, you will work closely with our ServiceReferrers and Coasters Nurses on a daily basis to arrange service requests forclients. You will also liaise with Support Workers and our ACNM or AH leadregarding rostering, including covering annual leave, sickness, and training.Providing high-quality customer service to clients, their whanau, and familiesis also a key part of the role.
