Job summary

RYHR in Rotorua invites a Contracts & Funding Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and funding from opportunity tracking to audit readiness.

You'll work with the Head of Strategic Relationships, Finance and programme leads, using Monday.com as the central contract-tracking system to drive timely, reliable reporting across the organisation.

The successful candidate will thrive on detail, cross-team collaboration and keeping obligations on track to support whānau-centred programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration, funding coordination, grants management or compliance reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Highly confident using Monday.com or similar systems.
• Understanding of te reo Māori me ōnatikanga and kaupapa Māori values would be an advantage.
• A current full NZ Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the full contract and funding lifecycle, from tracking funding opportunities to contract monitoring.
• Coordinate proposals through to funder reporting and audit readiness.
• Work closely with the Head of Strategic Relationships, Finance and programme leads.
• Own Monday.com as the central tool for contract tracking and reporting visibility.
• Turn scattered information into clear, reliable systems and meet deadlines.
